How long does it take for my payment to be credited?

Wire transfer:

Payments are processed from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

If you did it outside of business days/hours, it should normally be credited during the next business day.

The crediting time may vary according to the volume of operations, but in general, your payment will be credited during the day you made it, as long as it was within the range from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00.

When we have credited your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the current price for you to execute your order.

Once your order is executed, the crediting time in your wallet depends on network congestion, you will be able to check the status through the TX ID provided.
